Working Principle
Under certain pressure,with the use of the difference of diffusion rate between nitrogen and oxygen int air on carbon molecular sieve;oxygen molecule ins absorbed largely by the carbon molecular sieve and nitrogen molecule concentrates in gas-phase in a short time,so as to realize separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
Due to the absorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies largely from different pressure,reducing the pressure can make the carbon molecular sieve release absorbed oxygen molecular and regenerate the carbon molecular sieve,so as to realize repeated recycling of it.
It adopts the technique of two absorption towers,whcih one tower absorbs oxygen and produces nitrogen,while another tower releases the absorbed oxygen and regenerates the carbon molecular sieve.This cyclic-alternating patten can produce high-quality nitrogen continuosly.
